Freed and Co was established by Jeffrey Freed in 1974. The Firm is based in traditional but tastefully modernised offices in Cardiff city centre and specialises in business law, commercial and private client work.

The main services we offer businesses include commercial conveyancing, commercial leases, residential property development, and advice on business mergers and acquisitions. For the private client we can assist with all areas of property law, including residential conveyancing, remortgages, equity release, and Home Information Packs (HIPS). We are also able to help with probate, estate administration, Wills and Lasting Power of Attorney. Jeff Freed is the Firm's Founder and Senior Partner. He was formerly Senior Partner of Freed, Kemp, Rapport and has been a Solicitor in Cardiff for more than thirty five years. His long experience, acknowledged expertise and understanding of the local business environment, have earned him a loyal, impressive and expanding client following. His client list includes a number of leading South Wales businesses, property developers, charities and high net worth individuals. Jeff specialises in complex property law work and business law generally.

The Firm has extensive experience in handling residential property matters including remortgage work, equity release and HIPS. This area of the law is the specialism of residential conveyancing executive Helen Czekaj who has more than 20 years experience of ensuring that her clients' home moves proceed smoothly and with minimal stress.

Cherry Stuckey is the third member of the Freed and Co Team. Cherry is a qualified Legal Executive and is working towards full qualification as a Solicitor. She has over 6 years experience in her specialist area - probate, tax and trusts.
